About Strawberry Girls:
When an eclectic group of individuals comes together with an idea to create something fresh, the results can often be outstanding. Such is the case with the experimental rock trio Strawberry Girls. These guys from California (who could even make noise sound groovy) were founded by ex-Dance Gavin Dance guitarist Zachary Garren after he crossed paths with drummer Ben Rossett and bassist Ian Jennings. Although the band has worked with guest vocalists, they have remained an instrumental three piece. “Our sound was originally built from a desire to practice and play as much as possible, without being restricted by the schedules of many different band members,” says Garren. However, what originally began as an invention out of necessity, became much more than that. Strawberry Girls take a simplistic, yet sometimes technical approach to songwriting by mending parts together that get stuck in your head and compel you to listen to them over and over again.

ABOUT ERRA:
Erra is a five piece progressive metalcore band hailing from Birmingham, Alabama that formed in 2009. Their latest offering Impulse was released on Tragic Hero Records and maintains their technical ability while presenting songs with the potential to embrace a broader audience. “Nothing is taken away or watered down, only improved upon,” says guitarist Jesse Cash. “A big message in the album is that experience and intuition is a greater tool for comprehending reality than rationalism or science. It centers around struggles that we (and most individuals) have faced throughout our lives and addresses many relatable subjects including the relationship between science and religion, death of loved ones, divorce, and renewal of one’s self.” Following the release, they toured with The Plot In You and performed at the New England Metal and Hardcore Festival, which featured Anthrax, Hatebreed, Dillinger Escape Plan, and Suicidal Tendencies, etc. Erra doesn’t let success go to their heads though; their true idea of success hinges on bringing a product that has replay value for years to come.

About Everyone Dies In Utah:
Teetering between breakneck brutality and elegant, entrancing melody, the Temple, TX quintet formed in 2008, consisting of Danny Martinez (Vocals, Keys, Synth), Michael Crimlis (Vocals), Trey Golden (Keys, Synth), and Nathan Chase Meadows (drums). The name of the band began as a joke, but stuck with them as time went on. It derives from the fact that the death rate in Utah was at one time higher than any other state.

So far, Everyone Dies In Utah has continually connected on a deep level with its passionate fan base. Since hitting the scene, they’ve attracted a rabid audience over the course of their self-released EP, I Hope You Realize This Means War in 2009 and then Seeing Clearly. They’ve also toured tirelessly with bands such as Affiance, Sirens and Sailors, Bleach Blonde, The Overseer and more. They know that it is very important to be accessible to their fans and do not plan on getting off the road any time soon

For an added touch, the group had the album mixed and mastered by Ryan Furlott of Rain City Audio. “We are extremely excited to have been given the opportunity to join the Tragic Hero Records family,” says guitarist Matty “Bags” Baglini. “We feel like the band has matured and grown a lot musically and Distance & Age reflects those changes. A SKYLIT DRIVE POST ASD2013 EPISODE 2

(Lodi, CA) –  A Skylit Drive have filmed and released part two of their official studio update on their upcoming full-length album. The video is part of a series titled ASD2013, with the first episode currently available on the Official Tragic Hero Records YouTube channel. Watch ASD2013 Episode 2
About A Skylit Drive:

Great vision, that’s what it takes to refuse to rest on previous success and instead focus on what you need to become in the future, which is exactly what Lodi, California’s A Skylit Drive continues to achieve with every album. Vocalist Michael “Jag” Jagmin, guitarist Nick Miller, bassist/screamer Brian White, drummer Cory La Quay and keyboardist Kyle Simmons, officially exploded onto the scene in 2007 with their EP She Watched the Sky. They followed that release up with three full-length albums titled Wires and the Concept of Breathing, Adelphia and Identity on Fire, which all charted on the Billboard Top 200, and their live DVD Let Go of the Wires.
A Skylit Drive has toured extensively with similar artists like Blessthefall, Sleeping with Sirens, Pierce the Veil, and Of Mice & Men; as well as contributing songs to the well known compilations Punk Goes Classic Rock and Punk Goes Pop Vol 4. A Skylit Drive’s musical resume would be enough of a career for most bands, but they have no intentions of slowing down. In fact, the band believes they are just hitting their stride. They released their new single Fallen to critical acclaim and assured their fans that this was just a taste of things to come on the new album that will be out in 2013. Fallen joins the essential characteristics of A Skylit Drive’s signature sound heard on Wires and the Concept of Breathing while showcasing a wide spectrum of tones, textures and song structure.
