Revolver is Streaming The Dead Rabbitts Album Early

SUMMER HEADLINING TOUR WITH THE RELAPSE SYMPHONY, NIGHTMARES,
AND MYKA, RELOCATE

(Phoenix, AZ) – Metalcore super group The Dead Rabbitts (featuring members of Escape The Fate and former members of Alesana, Motionless in White, Eyes Set to Kill, and Greeley Estates) is currently streaming their new album Shapeshifter a few days early on Revolver. The record will be released through Tragic Hero Records on July 1st.

“Their latest album is notably heavier than Escape the Fate’s recent hard-rock- and glam-influenced work, packing in plenty of tightly crafted breakdowns and dissonant riffs,” says David McKenna of Revolver Magazine. “Standout tracks like ‘My Only Regret’ and ‘Ghosts in My Bedroom’ mix catchy, anthemic choruses with frenetic metallic intensity. Fans of post-hardcore will definitely want to check this album out.

You can catch The Dead Rabbitts on The Shapeshiftour with The Relapse Symphony (Standby Records), Nightmares (Rise Records), and Myka, Relocate (Artery Recordings). Tickets are on sale now and additional dates will be announced soon.

Bad Luck Announce “Cold Bones” Record Release Tour

(Daytona Beach, FL)Bad Luck has announced their tour for the upcoming album Cold Bones, to be released via Tragic Hero Records on 7/15. The tour starts on 7/18 in their hometown of Daytona Beach, FL and will see support from MA band American Verse on a few select dates.

“If you dig the blue-collar, lived in punk rock of The Gaslight Anthem, well, then say ‘hello’ to Bad Luck, your new favorite band.” – ARTISTdirect.

“There’s a gruffness to Cold Bones, the upcoming album by Florida’s Bad Luck,” says Jason Heller of The AV Club. “But like the Social Distortion song that the young punk band oh-so-possibly might have taken its name from, that grit shields a melancholic center.”

Cold Bones is available on 7.15.14, but you can pre-order it today and get exclusive merch bundles only available through this release.

Punk Band Bad Luck Teams up with The AV Club

(Daytona Beach, FL) “There’s a gruffness to Cold Bones, the upcoming album by Florida’s Bad Luck,” says Jason Heller of The AV Club. “But like the Social Distortion song that the young punk band oh-so-possibly might have taken its name from, that grit shields a melancholic center—although it’s worn down to the nerve on the album’s title track, which is being debuted here. Simmering and downright balladic in a Gaslight Anthem sort of way, the hooks seep out slowly and bittersweetly as the song builds into a triumphant bummer of an anthem”
Cold Bones is available on 7.15.14, but you can pre-order it today and get exclusive merch bundles only available through this release.

Revolver Magazine Team up with Illuminate Me to Premiere a New Song

(Tampa, FL) – The five-piece punk/metalcore group Illuminate Me has teamed up with Revolver to premiere their new song “West Side Artgoon Craigslist Killa.” This is the shortest track on the album, clocking in at 1:47. The ferocious tune comes at you like a storm with low range growls contributed by The Plot In You vocalist Landon Tewers. He is just one of the guest vocalists that will appear on the bands upcoming debut album I have Become a Corpse (other names include Garrett Rapp of The Color Morale and Jerry Roush of Glasscloud). The album will be out via Tragic Hero Records on July 15th, but you pre-order it now.

“We have spent countless months, weeks, and hours on this album to make it close to perfect in our eyes,” says vocalist Christopher Murray. “It shows how much we have grown since our EP Crawlspace and how we’ve expanded the idea that this band is more than just a band. For us it’s a movement and we hope you can join us to illuminate the world.”

The overall theme of the album tells a story of someone who gave up all their passions and dreams for the sake of others. This person is seeking another’s approval or happiness while neglecting their own. If you’d like to hear where this story goes, pre-order the record and while you’re at it, you can pick up exclusive merch from the band here.
