Guitarist Nelson Brooks talks about the experience, “We had a blast on the Intervals and Plini tour.  We were lucky enough to have  Edwards out on the road with us shooting video for all the bands, and are excited to unveil his visual interpretation of our song.”
Save Us From The Archon will be back on the road from 6/2-6/12 when they go out on “The Revenge of the Internet Tour” with DSME and The Fine Constant. The tour kicks off in Cambridge, MA and wraps up on 6/27 in Milwaukee, WI.

About Save Us From The Archon
Hailing from Pittsburgh, PA, Save Us From The Archon (SUFTA) has sculpted a unique sound that is, at once, aggressive, chaotic, heartfelt, and hypnotic.  Fast paced angular progressions are counterbalanced by soothing mellow interludes.  The broad dynamics are tied together by their progressive foundation with a distinct melodic sentiment.  While SUFTA’s compositions nod to influences spanning math rock, metal, and punk, their sound is unmistakable.
On their new album L’Eclisse, one will find no human voice.  While many bands depend upon a vocalist to express their creative vision, no words are necessary for SUFTA. Their expressive writing and poignant playing tell a vibrant story all their own.
SUFTA remains true to their DIY ethic on L’Eclisse as they wrote, recorded, and produced the record themselves.  But, to further expand upon their vision, they have enlisted help to bring this new offering to life.  The record marks their debut for Tragic Hero Records.  Anthony Calebretta (Protest the Hero, Intervals) is mixing and mastering.
Andrew Cresto (Guitar), Nelson Brooks (Guitar), Samantha Zunich (Bass), Devin Greig (Drums) have been playing together for several years and multiple albums, continually exploring their sound and refining their craft.  Now, with L’Eclisse, SUFTA presents listeners with a snapshot of their latest evolution.
SUFTA’s Tragic Hero debut was released on March 18th, 2016

Sophomore album “Stillworld” out 7/8
Invent, Animate has been quiet but now they are back with their new single “Celestial Floods” off their highly anticipated Tragic Hero Records sophomore release, “Stillworld”.
Deciding which track would be the perfect single to lead the album off with  was a daunting task. Vocalist Ben English explains,”When we were all deciding what we wanted the world to hear first from Stillworld, it was an incredibly difficult process, but after much thought and consideration we were all happy with our choice in Celestial Floods. We think it really shows off some of the wild dynamics the album has in store, and really starts to dig into the emotion that’s portrayed throughout the record. Thrilled to have this one out, but it’s absolutely just the beginning of a whole new chapter.”
Pre-orders of “Stillworld”, along with new merch designs will be available on 5/26 at Merchbucket.  Invent, Animate will hit the road on the “Happiness in Self Destruction Summer 2016 Tour” with The Plot In You, ERRA and Sylar which kicks off on 7/9 in Cleveland, OH. Vesuvius Premieres Controverial Music Video

Band Not Afraid to Touch on Sensitive Topics in Video for “Hibernate”
Canadian metalcore/post-hardcore band, Vesuvius, premiered their new video for “Hibernate” off their debut album, “My Place of Solace and Rest”. The video is very special to the band as it touches on personal experiences, vocalist Ben Cooligan elaborates, “Hibernate is a lyrical recollection of my personal struggle with bullying, however I wanted its visual counterpart to be more enigmatic and relatable. The characterization of the protagonist is meant to be representative of an ambiguous oppressed or outlier-centric demographic. The general thesis behind the story-line revolves around the martyrization of society’s youth, and that unless we are unanimous in growth and acceptance of differences, we as a unit stand powerless.”
Cooligan further goes on about how Vesuvius isn’t afraid to push boundaries with their art, “For example, the word ‘faggot’ is strategically utilized to exemplify the power of language that we must work towards eliminating from our vocabulary. So to speak, it is testament of how far we’ve come, yet a reminder of how much further we have to go. This video is dedicated first and foremost to anybody who is oppressed by homo or transphobia on a daily basis, however I am hopeful that something can be taken from it despite orientation or background.”
Vesuvius just wrapped up the “My Place of Solace and Rest Tour pt I” and will head out on their first run of U.S. dates on pt II of the tour which kicks off on 6/20 and features support from Curses and Change Is. Physical copies of “My Place of Solace and Rest” are available at merchbucket and at all major digital distributors.

About Vesuvius
Hailing from the birthplace of Ottawa, ON., Vesuvius brings forth an identity that cannot be disclosed within one particular genre of music. Since their formation in early 2015, the band began working on a blueprint that encompasses a vast expanse of musical influences and intends on defying the millennial archetype of what the youth of today deem to be a rock or metal act.
Unlike the majority of bands playing in their scene today, Vesuvius is a composition of organic means. Ben Cooligan (vocals), Billy Melsness (vocals), Robin Parsons (synth/turntables), Michael Luc Malo (guitars) and Carter Peak (percussion) came together as five friends with a unanimous goal to transform what was once a hobby into a labour of love and passion. Their quintet dynamic allows for them to translate an incredibly emotive craft into an energetic and wholly entertaining live performance from beginning until completion.
Their first full length album, “My Place of Solace and Rest” (tracks 1-4 engineered/mixed/mastered by Frank Shooflar , tracks 5-8 mixed/mastered by Shooflar and engineered by Doug Meadows) was an integral component of how the band caught the eye of Tragic Hero Records.  “We have personal friends who have partnered with Tragic Hero Records and swear by the company. We wanted to make sure to work with a label that cares about their artists’ creative integrity, making Tragic the most suitable route to take” Melsness said.
“My Place of Solace and Rest” will be the debut of what the band trademarks as the “Vesuvius sound”. Cooligan describes it as “a theme implemented throughout the music that refers to the structure of each piece the two have put together. Each song is structured with an “emotional crux” often sitting in the middle of the piece. Throughout the build and break of the tracks, each piece ebbs and flows in order to create the greatest impact when it reaches its climax.”
The album was released on May 6th and the band is gearing up for their first U.S. tour which starts in June.

Goal Becomes Reality For Texas Metalcore Band

Moments Till Fall Finds New Label Home, Premieres New Song/Video
Tragic Hero Records is proud to announce the signing of Texas metalcore band, Moments Till Fall. The partnership is something that vocalist, Aric Brooks, has always aimed for, “signing to Tragic Hero has been something we have wanted for many years. We couldn’t be any happier with the opportunity to be a part of the THR family and are excited with what the future holds.”
In addition to the signing announcement, the band teamed up with Revolver Magazine and premiered their new song/video for “Against The Current”. The single is the first track off their upcoming digital release, “Truth Favors The Brave” (out 5/27). This particular track was chosen because as Brooks explains it, “Against The Current is a very good first impression of who we are and this video brings to life real feelings and stories that fans can relate to.”
About Moments Till Fall
Focusing on creating music that combines heavy and melodic sounds all while keeping it groovy is something that Moments Till Fall strives for. They combine different styles of music and incorporate all genres that they can to ensure listeners can move when they hear it. The end goal is getting fans to jump, sing along and just all around mosh and MTF does just that.
Turning music into a career instead of just a hobby isn’t for everyone. After going through multiple line-up changes to find the perfect blend, Moments Till Fall is at a place where the entire band is on a common ground and all striving for the same goal. Blake White (guitar), Ben Cobb (Bass), Aric Brooks (Vocals), Cameron Teague (Guitar/Vocals), Dillon Bailey (Vocals), and Michael Garcia (Drums) come together to create the Moments Till Fall signature sound.
The band is dedicated to putting their all into every release and goes as far as self producing their albums. Their first full length,  “Carpo Omnium” (produced/engineered at  January Sound) was released in 2011. “Heart of Helen” (produced/engineered by Brooks and Mason Dale)  was their follow up full length and was released in 2013. In 2015 Moments Till Fall released their first digital EP “All or Nothing” (produced/engineered by Brooks).
2016 will be a big year for the band as they release their Tragic Hero Records debut album, “Truth Favors The Brave” (produced/engineered by Brooks) on May 27th. Working with Tragic Hero is something that Brooks has always wanted, “Working with Tragic Hero Records is something I  wanted since like 2010. I remember sitting in the living room boxing up our what we thought at the time golden material.. to ship out to labels and one being Tragic Hero. We wanted so bad to be a part of that awesome line up. They have always seemed very hardworking and we are excited to work hard for them.”
Moments Till Fall has an extensive touring history which includes sharing the stage with Woe Is Me, Asking Alexandria, Memphis May Fire, Of Mice & Men, Devil Driver, We Came as Romans, Whitechapel, As I Lay Dying, Motionless In White, Powerman 5000, The Word Alive, Atreyu, Volumes, Straight line Stitch, Fear Factory, All Shall Perish, and Suicide Silence. The band has also played South By Southwest in 2013 and 2016 and will be touring in support of their new album.

About In Dying Arms:
(Baltimore, MD) Combining deathcore, metalcore and post hardcore, In Dying Arms prides itself on making music that is soothing yet devastating at the same time. Taking influences from Slipknot and even the older Suicide Silence, IDA has perfected a sound all their own. They could best be compared to a hurricane, often leaving the listener guessing where it will go next.
Orion Stephens (vocals) founded the band with fellow high school friends and has been active in building it ever since. Terence Bright (bass) and Alvin Richardson (drums) had worked musically with Stephens’ before IDA was formed and were eager to continue to create great music together. Christian Becker (guitar/vocals) and John Myers (guitar) were brought in to round out the current lineup.
With an impressive resume thus far, In Dying Arms plans to continue along the strong path that they’ve built both recording and touring. They’re definitely no stranger to the recording studio and have put out numerous albums and an EP. “This Is Retaliation EP” (2009) which was produced by Marc Neito of Kandid Productions and was followed up by their album “Deprivation” (2010) which was produced/engineered by Brian Bond and drums were tracked by Neito. In 2011, In Dying Arms put out their self titled album and brought in Toby Valmas to track the album and Zakk Cervini (5 Seconds of Summer, All Time Low, Sleeping with Sirens) to mix/master. In 2012, the band worked with Producer Stephan Hawkes (I Declare War, Defeat The Low, Hearts & Hands) of Interlace Audio to release “Boundaries”.  Most recently they enlisted Andreas Magnusson (The Black Dahlia Murder, Born of Osiris, Despised Icon) to produce their latest album.
In Dying Arms has toured extensively and relentlessly. They’ve spent time on the road with bands like Attila, Crown The Empire, Fit For A King, Volumes, Counterparts, My Ticket Home, Sirens & Sailors and numerous other bands.
During their career, they have been a part of the rosters of both Artery Recordings and Matchless Records, in 2015 the band caught the eye of Tragic Hero Records and they each felt that the other was a perfect fit.
