Invent, Animate Releases Sophomore Album
Highly anticipated album “Stillworld” is now available worldwide
It’s been two years since the Texas metalcore band Invent, Animate debuted “Everchanger” and they are as strong as they’ve ever been on the release of their highly anticipated sophomore album, ‘Stillworld’. Vocalist Ben English explains, “It’s finally here and we couldn’t be more excited for it to be release day. We hope you connect with these songs in the same or even a different way than we did, and we couldn’t be more thankful for everyone that has ever cared about us. If you enjoy the record, tell a friend about it, and we will continue to do what we do for as long as our bodies will let us. Thank you.”
“Stillworld” is showing a strong presence on the iTunes charts, at #2 on the metal chart, #8 on the rock chart, #41 overall and continuing to climb.
Invent, Animate will be heading out on the road as support on the “Happiness In Self Destruction Tour” with The Plot In You, ERRA and Sylar. The tour kicks off 7/9 in Cleveland, OH and wraps up on 8/6 in Grand Rapids, MI.

About Invent, Animate
Creating an idea and bringing it to life is what inspired the progressive metalcore band Invent, Animate to pursue their passion for spreading positive messages through their music. The group was formed on the cloudy Christmas Eve of 2011 in a small town east of Houston called Port Neches, Texas. Ben English (vocals), Keaton Goldwire (guitar), Caleb Sherraden (bass), and Trey Celaya (drums) came together through their mutual love of bands like Deftones, Underoath, and Norma Jean. They are heavily influenced by what these bands have to say and the way they carry themselves as musicians.
Invent, Animate is a highly energetic band that puts an unsullied look on the metalcore market. Their work is multi-dimensional and shows their ability to be very dynamic. Never fearful to be chaotic and crazy one minute, but then decelerate and bring a softer, more beautiful aspect the next. The band has shared the stage with Oh, Sleeper, Of Mice & Men, Architects, Texas In July, ERRA and many more. They have also played the South By So What?! Festival.
Invent, Animate signed with Tragic Hero Records and released their debut full-length “Everchanger” in 2014. “It’s still so surreal to me,” says English. “Growing up, some of my favorite bands were a part of Tragic Hero, and I’m super excited to be a part of the family.”
The first single, ‘Celestial Floods’ off the band’s highly anticipated sophomore album “Stillworld” (July 8) shows the world what is next for Invent, Animate. English explains, “when we were all deciding what we wanted the world to hear first from “Stillworld”, it was an incredibly difficult process, but after much thought and consideration we were all happy with our choice in ‘Celestial Floods’. We think it really shows off some of the wild dynamics the album has in store, and really starts to dig into the emotion that’s portrayed throughout the record. Thrilled to have this one out, but it’s absolutely just the beginning of a whole new chapter.”
“Stillworld” is out now and Invent, Animate hits the road on the Happiness in Self Destruction tour with The Plot In You, ERRA and Sylar in support of the record.
